A student's 3rd and 4th class will be discounted by 25%

In order for student registration to be considered complete, a signed contract and first
and last month's tuition must be received.

Monthly tuition payment may be made through automatic payment, online, or at the studio.
Payments are due by the 10th of each month. A $10 late fee will be charged for payments made after the 10th. Failure to pay after 30
days will result in immediate expulsion of the student.

You may withdrawal your child at any time throughout the year with 30 days written notice. Tuition must be paid through the end of
the 30 day period, no exceptions.

Dress codes MUST be followed. If a student is unprepared for class without the proper attire or shoes, they will not be allowed to take
class that day. They will be asked to observe.

Mommy & Me, PreBallet I & II: Comfortable clothing. Bare feet, socks or ballet shoes.

Ballet 1-4: Black tank leotard and pink tights. A ballet skirt, leg warmers and other teacher-approved cover-ups allowed. Ballet shoes
required. Shoes must be ballet pink.  It is recommended that students buy canvas shoes as opposed to leather ones.

Jazz/Hip Hop 1, 2 & 3: Black tank leotard and sweats or leggings. NO JEANS or street clothes. Cargo pants and khaki pants are not
acceptable. Sneakers required.

Boys Hip Hop: A solid colored tshirt and sweats. NO Jeans or steet clothes. Cargo pants and khaki pants are not acceptable. Sneakers
required.

Tap: Solid colored leotard and tights or dance pants. Tap shoes required.

For all classes , hair must be pulled back in a bun or a neat ponytail. (This includes hip hop!) For ballet, it MUST be in a bun. Unkept
hair will not be accepted - it is a distraction.

No jewelry should be worn at anytime. This includes rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Small stud earrings are acceptable.
Jewelry is an accident waiting to happen. Please advise your child to leave jewelry at home as they will be asked to remove it before
class.

Behavior. We expect our students to behave properly at all times, both while in class and on our premises. They must be disciplined,
responsible, mature and respectful to their instructor and peers. Should a student act in a manner deemed inappropriate in any way,
the teacher has the right to immediately dismiss them from the class. This includes offensive attitudes, poor relations with other students,
bad work habits or any unacceptable behavior. Ongoing behavioral issues will be reported to the parents and handled on a
case-by-case basis. Students will only be allowed back into class at the discretion of the instructor and management.

Cell phones must be turned off or put in silent mode during class. Students are not permitted to leave class to answer their phones. If a
parent needs to contact their child in case of emergency, please call the studio.

Supervision. All children, both students and their siblings, must be supervised in the lobby at all times. It is not a place for playing or
running as your child may hurt themselves. The lobby can be very crowded at times so you need to be respectful of that as well.

For children under 6 years of age, parents must stay in the lobby at all times in case of emergency. If you must leave for any reason,
please notify the person working at the front desk. Leaving should only be for a short period, not the entire length of the class.

Observation. No friends or family members are allowed in the dance studio to observe class. Only registered students are allowed to
be inside. Observation Week is the only time that people are invited to view classes. You may watch through the windows but please
do not distract the students.

We reserve the right to cancel any class during the session due to low enrollment.

Absences If a student is going to miss class for any reason, you must call the studio to let us know! Class attendance is recorded each
week and is taken very seriously. If a student misses an extensive number of classes, they must receive the instructor's permission to join
the class again.

Make-up Classes If a student misses class they can choose to make it up in another class appropriate to their age and level. Students
will be allowed no more than three make-up classes throughout the session.

Teacher Absences As most of our instructors are still professional dancers, we support their careers and performance opportunities. If
an instructor will be absent, we will provide an equally experienced and qualified substitute.

Inclement Weather If the studio decides to close due to bad weather, we will post information on our website and outgoing voicemail
by 2pm.  Please call the office at 484.681.4847 for this information. ACPPA is not responsible for classes canceled as a result of
weather or any other extreme circumstances beyond our control. Deductions in tuition will
not be made.
